Three Pines by Drake is a newly remodeled house on a quiet street one block from the Knapp Center, Drake Stadium and the Drake University campus, and a few blocks from the Drake Diner and the restaurants on University Avenue. It was our very first home and is still a guest favorite.
You get the whole house: three bedrooms, four beds (a king, a queen, a queen pull-out and a twin) and one bath (bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs), a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and coffee maker, washer and dryer, central air, Wi-Fi and a workspace. Board games and books for kids. Coffee is provided.
Out back there is a private, fully fenced yard with a fire pit, grill, picnic table and outdoor seating. Self check-in with a keypad, street parking plus private parking in back. Exterior cameras at the front door, side door and backyard only.
