How do I book?

How do I get in?
Every home has self check-in. The address, door code and Wi-Fi are sent to you before your stay.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out by 11:00 AM. Ask if you need something different and we will try.
How much does it cost?
From $140 a night, plus a $100 cleaning fee. Pets are $50 per stay. Prices vary by date and local events; the booking box shows your exact price and total before you book.
Do you have discounts?
10% off stays of 7 nights or more and 30% off stays of 30 nights or more, applied automatically in the booking box.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, pets are welcome at all three homes (limits vary by home), with a $50 pet fee. Assistance animals are always welcome.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, 2 nights.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before check-in. 50% refund 7-13 days before. No refund inside 7 days. Booked 7+ days ahead? You also get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes. A refundable damage deposit is collected before check-in and released after check-out when everything is in order.
How many people can stay?
Up to 6 guests at each home. Every bedroom has a TV.
Is there parking?
Yes. Street parking at every home, plus a private drive or driveway at Three Pines by Drake and Capitol Park Hideaway.
What about the Iowa State Fair?
Getaway on Grand is 2 minutes from the State Fairgrounds gate, Capitol Park Hideaway about 6 minutes and Three Pines by Drake about 15. Fair dates book up early, so book as soon as you know.
