What we collect

When you book or send a message we collect your name, email, phone number, dates, number of guests and anything you write to us. Card payments go directly to our secure booking and payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To run your stay: confirm your booking, send check-in details, answer questions, and handle the damage deposit if needed. If you tick the box to join the guest list, we also email you open dates and deals. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails with one click.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run our bookings: our booking and payment provider, and Google (where our email lives). We also use Google Analytics to count visits to this site; it does not get your name or booking details. We do not sell your information.

Keeping it

We keep booking records for accounting purposes. Ask us and we will delete your guest-list details.
