Capitol Park Hideaway is the upstairs unit of a duplex just east of downtown Des Moines. Walk to East Village shops and restaurants, Stewart Square Park and the Iowa State Capitol. Downtown is about four minutes by car and the Iowa State Fairgrounds about six.
Inside you get three bedrooms (one king, two queens), a TV in every bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Self check-in with a keypad, parking on the street or in the private driveway, and the front and side yards are yours to use.
Good to know: a separate one-bedroom unit downstairs is occupied, and the backyard and basement are off limits. Exterior cameras face the entry door only.
