Getaway on Grand is a fully remodeled three-bedroom, two-bath house on the east side, just blocks from the Iowa State Fairgrounds and a five-minute walk to Ashfield Park. Downtown and the interstates are close, so it works as well for a work trip as for the Fair.
Three bedrooms (one king, two queens), two full baths including a tub, a modern kitchen with cookware and coffee, washer and dryer, central air, Wi-Fi and a workspace. Out back there is a spacious yard with a grill. Self check-in with a door keypad and free parking on the property.
Good to know: there is a train line nearby, so expect some train noise. Exterior cameras cover the entry doors and the back yard.
